We are pleased to announce significant milestones with the development of our Mid-Atlantic Industrial Rail Park to include an award from the Economic Development Partnership of NC Megasite Grant program to provide funds for updating Due Diligence at this premier site! Additionally, Brunswick County received notice of an award from EDA for funding to complete the extension of the water line to the Mid-Atlantic site, along with the construction of a 1-million-gallon water tank.
